For more than twenty years, Jane worked with some of the world's leading organisations including Universal Pictures, Warner Bros., Visa and dentsu, designing employee experiences, leading culture change and telling stories that brought people together. Whether supporting people through periods of change, creating global events or helping organisations build stronger connections, her work has always centred on one thing: people.

Today, that same philosophy sits at the heart of everything she does. As an independent celebrant, she designs and delivers deeply personal wedding and funeral ceremonies as well as offering workshops to support end-of-life conversations, helping people at every stage of life prepare for the future with greater confidence and openness.

And through her workplace consultancy, she supports organisations to better understand and respond to the life moments that shape every employee's experience, from bereavement and caring responsibilities to illness, parenthood, retirement and beyond.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her in the beautiful town of Bradford-on-Avon, just outside Bath, often planning her next trip (she’s visited 43 countries so far), discovering a new restaurant (all recommendations welcome), catching a show at the theatre, watching a movie (I'm a big Audrey Hepburn fan) or learning a new skill (currently the flute and also attempting to improve her French).
