SARAH
FOUNDER
With over 16 years of experience in Marketing and Brand roles within the TV industry, Sarah has led high-performing teams, driven innovation, and delivered strategic growth across well-known brands. She now brings that expertise into the financial services sector, working in Brand and Retail Marketing to deliver impactful, customer-focused campaigns.
Beyond her work in Marketing and Brand Strategy, Sarah is a qualified Executive Coach, passionate about supporting women to grow, develop, and thrive in their careers. She also mentors women in the communications industry - combining experience, empathy, and a strong belief in the power of connection and confidence.
KATJA
FOUNDER
Katja spent 12 years working in retail head offices as a Merchandiser analysing, strategising and budgeting with Buyers and Designers to create beautiful, bestselling, and high profit ranges.
After her second child, she left her retail career and reinstated the Mum Club in Bath. She loved hosting events for mums and helping them forge connections in a very challenging and sometimes isolating period.
She found there were so many women, who don’t have children, whose children are grown up, or have grandchildren that wanted a space to connect, meet and support other women, no matter their personal or professional status.
JANE
SHE SHARES BATH HOST
For more than twenty years, Jane worked with leading organisations including Universal Pictures, Warner Bros., Visa and dentsu, creating employee experiences, leading culture change and bringing people together. Her work has always centred on one thing: people.

Today, she works as an independent celebrant, creating personal wedding and funeral ceremonies and running workshops around end-of-life conversations. Through her workplace consultancy, she also helps organisations support employees through life’s significant moments, from bereavement and illness to parenthood, caring and retirement.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Jane in beautiful Bradford-on-Avon, planning her next trip (43 countries and counting), discovering a new restaurant, catching a show or watching an Audrey Hepburn film. She’s also learning the flute and attempting to improve her French!

SARAH
Sarah has spent 15 years working across project management, weddings, social and corporate events - she loves nothing more than bringing people together.
Her business, built around the ethos that we all need a "wing woman" in our lives, is focused on providing support for busy business owners and working collaboratively - celebrating the wins, tackling the tricky bits, and working through whatever needs doing, together.
Outside of work, she can usually be found binge-watching true crime, lost in a good book, or walking her dog in the Somerset countryside.
