These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to all She Shares membership tiers. By registering for, purchasing, or renewing a membership, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

 1. Definitions

• “She Shares” means the business trading as She Shares.

• “Member” means an individual registered for or holding a She Shares membership.

• “Membership” means access to one of the She Shares membership tiers.

• “Membership Year” means a 12-month period from the date of purchase (or, for monthly memberships, a rolling monthly billing period).

• “Regular Monthly Social Events” means She Shares’ core recurring monthly social gatherings.

• “Special Events” means events not forming part of the Regular Monthly Social Events, including (but not limited to) workshops, retreats, pop-ups, collaborations, guest events or third-party hosted events.

• “Pay As You Go Events” means events attended without a paid She Shares membership or where tickets are purchased separately from membership benefits.

• “She Shares Connect” means the private online member platform.

• “She Shares Circle” means the enhanced member profile and interaction space available to selected membership tiers.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to memberships only.

All She Shares events (including Regular Monthly Social Events, Special Events and Pay As You Go Events) are subject to separate Event Terms & Conditions, which govern matters such as cancellations, refunds, transfers, rescheduling and attendance.

Where an event is booked, the applicable Event Terms & Conditions will apply in addition to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

3. General Membership Terms

• Memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable.

• Membership benefits apply only to the named member and cannot be shared.

• Membership does not guarantee a place at any event. Event tickets must be booked separately.

• She Shares reserves the right to update events, membership benefits and these Terms & Conditions where reasonably required for operational, legal or commercial reasons.

4. Pay As You Go (Non-Member) Attendance

• Individuals may attend selected She Shares events without holding a paid membership.

• Pay As You Go attendees are not members and do not receive membership benefits, discounts or loyalty rewards.

• All Pay As You Go bookings are subject solely to the applicable Event Terms & Conditions.

• Attendance at a Pay As You Go event does not create or imply ongoing membership unless a membership is separately registered or purchased.

5. Existing Website Subscribers

All individuals subscribed to the She Shares website prior to the introduction of paid memberships will automatically be registered as members of the “Here for the Vibes” (free) membership tier, unless and until they choose to purchase a different membership plan.

6. Tier 1 – Here for the Vibes (Free)

Includes:

• Access to She Shares Connect (including visibility of other She Shares event attendees)

• Monthly subscription email, including priority access to event announcements

This tier does not include:

• Event discounts

• Loyalty rewards

• Exclusive partner offers

This free membership tier may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

7. Tier 2 – Give Me Some Freebies

Includes:

• All benefits of Here for the Vibes

• 10% discount on Regular Monthly Social Events only

• Access to She Shares Circle

Discount Terms:

• Discounts apply only to Regular Monthly Social Events.

• Discounts do not apply to Special Events unless explicitly stated.

• Discounts have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with other offers.

• Discounts are valid only while membership is active.

8. Tier 3 – I Want All the Best Bits

Includes all Tier 2 benefits, plus:

• 15% discount on Regular Monthly Social Events only

• Enhanced She Shares Connect experience (including messaging features)

• Full access to She Shares Circle

• Access to She Shares Edit (curated articles and expert content)

• Exclusive partner discounts

• A She Shares welcome pack

Additional Terms:​

Welcome Boxes;

• Contents may vary and are subject to availability

• Are a benefit of active She Shares Membership and are subject to availability.

• May take up to three (3) months from the date of joining to be dispatched due to stock availability, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Membership must remain active and in good standing at the time of dispatch in order to receive a Welcome Box.

• Members who cancel their membership prior to dispatch will forfeit their entitlement to the Welcome Box.

• Welcome Boxes are limited to one per member and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.

Partner discounts;

• Exclusive partner discounts are offered from time to time only, subject to brand collaborations, availability and specific terms.

• Exclusive discounts are not guaranteed and should not be expected to be continuously available.

9. Tier 4 – I’m All In

Includes all Tier 3 benefits, plus:

• Two free Regular Monthly Social Events per Membership Year (approximate value £125)

Loyalty Reward Terms:

• Loyalty rewards are available only once the member has either:

  • Attended at least three She Shares events, or

  • Held an active membership for a minimum of five consecutive months

• Only events attended while membership is active will be counted.

• Free events must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Free events have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

• Unused free events expire at the end of the Membership Year.

 

10. Discounts, Loyalty Rewards & Event Changes

• Membership discounts, free events and loyalty rewards provide access to reduced pricing or complimentary attendance when available, but do not guarantee attendance at any specific event.

• Regular Monthly Social Events and Special Events may occasionally be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, sold out or amended for operational or unforeseen reasons.

• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, sold out, or where a member is unable to attend for any reason, no refund, credit, replacement discount or cash alternative will be provided in respect of any unused or missed discount, free event or loyalty reward.

• Membership fees are not refundable on the basis of unused, partially used or missed discounts, free events or loyalty rewards.

 

11. Payments, Renewals & Cancellations

• Memberships may be paid monthly or annually.

• Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled.

 

48-Hour Cancellation Rule

To avoid renewal charges, memberships must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before renewal may still be charged for the upcoming billing period.

 

12. Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Law)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a paid membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used.

After this period, membership fees are non-refundable.

 

13. Effect of Cancelling a Paid Membership

If a paid membership is cancelled or expires:

• Your account will automatically revert to the Here for the Vibes free tier, unless full account deletion is requested.

• You will lose access to:

  • Paid-tier discounts

  • Loyalty rewards

  • Exclusive offers

  • She Shares Circle

Any unused rewards, free events or discounts are forfeited upon cancellation.

 

14. Community Guidelines

Members agree to:

• Treat others with respect and kindness

• Maintain confidentiality of member discussions

• Avoid harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour

She Shares reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for breaches of these guidelines.

 

15. Event Liability

She Shares is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings

• Travel or accommodation expenses

• Indirect losses arising from cancelled or rescheduled events

 

16. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Further details are available in the Privacy Policy.
